Summary

Pricing is a complex topic most CRO agencies stress too much about.

In this video, I share the 4 most common pricing models I have seen CRO agencies use and discuss the pros and cons of each type of model.

4 Common Types of Pricing Models CRO Agencies might consider

1. Fixed: You have a fixed retainer
2. Pay per performance: You only get paid if your tests win and based on percentages etc
3. Hourly: I would not recommend this because it does not put any value on your time and efficiency. Works best for probably consulting services only.
4. Base + incentivized (based on goals): This is a combination of fixed and pay-per-performance. You charge a fixed price and then also charge eg if X percent of a test win.
