Plan

Our process begins with a thorough planning phase. In this “Plan” phase we answer the most business questions you have and map that to action. Using our QIA framework, we are able to answer important business questions such as 

“What is the optin-rate for our newsletter”, what is the ROAS on Ad spend and more.

Build

Based on your business questions, we use a combination of the our Analytics tools ie Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and a little bit of Looker Studio.

Launch

The launch phase is where use Looker Studio to launch the report in the build phase.

Using LookerStudio, we visualize the data to answer key business questions, enabling forecasting and optimization.

Optimizing

After the initial launch, we delve into advanced analysis and continuous improvement. Our optimization process focuses on refining your measurement system to enhance accuracy and insights. By continuously monitoring and adjusting your metrics, we ensure that your data remains relevant and actionable. This phase includes regular reviews and updates to your strategy, making sure it consistently aligns with your business goals and adapts to market changes.

Forecasting
